Because service recipients are of varying ages and have multi-faceted disabilities, CareFocus Habilitation support plans are developed to meet the needs of both adults and youth, empowering them to drive the progress of their own growth. CareFocus offers flexible and reliable services 24-hours a day, seven days a week, ensuring that all service recipients always have the support they need.
CareFocus Habilitation is owned by Maxim Healthcare Services, a nationally recognized medical staffing, homecare, and wellness company. Through this partnership, Maxim is able to assist CareFocus Habilitation in staffing quality nurses and Allied Health professionals for in-home assistance or community-based living assistance. This assures quality and consistency in the service recipient’s care, eliminating the need for third party providers to be involved.
