The recruiters in the branch are on-call for staffing purposes 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Clinicians rotate the on-call responsibility, which usually is for clinical questions only.

How much time is spent in and out of the office?
For a Clinical Supervisor, it is a 50/50 split between working inside and outside of the office. For a Director of Clinical Services, it is typically 70 percent inside the office and 30 percent outside of the office.

What is the ratio of adult clients to pediatric clients?
At least 60 percent of clients are pediatric clients, but there are always exceptions (military-based offices, split offices, etc.). This ratio varies by office location.
