- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Screen and interview qualified candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
- Perform various customer service related activities
- Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations
Our training andadvancement program is designed to educate recruiters on the healthcareindustry, advance their ability to build great relationships, promoteleadership and motivational skills, and prepare them for the next step in theircareer with Maxim. While actively participating in a 26 week recruiter trainingprogram, the trainee has the ability to reach recruiter promotions of RCI, RC II, and RC III status through achievement of organizational metrics orstandards. New recruiters learn from an experienced leader and existingteam members to ensure they have the knowledge, tools, and resources to besuccessful all while being exposed to the company, theculture, and the different business verticals that Maxim has to offer.
